The Cellar

Terraced into the hillside, our cellar is a great architectural work designed to generate temperatures that are ideal for the conservation of wine. It is equipped with the most modern equipment available for wine-making techniques. We use a dynamic grape harvesting plan which avoids the abrasion of grapes and bunches, maintaining their aroma and perfume intact. Additionally, we employ natural decanting methods to obtain wines that are more complex and structured, and carry out light filtrations before bottling or starting Prosecco's long sparkling-process.
