Chardonnay is harvested from the vineyards adjacent to the historic hamlet of Gai.  Charmat method, almost 18 months in contact with the yeasts, produce a wine distinguished by its fine, elegant perlage and authentic, sincere flavour. This method gives the wine greater structure; rich in minerals and micro elements, it is ideal with fish dishes.
