Cabernet Sauvignon is one of the most widespread varieties, known worldwide and particularly suitable for the production of quality wines that age well.  After harvesting at the end of September, the skins and must ferment in steel tanks for approximately 8-10 days at a controlled temperature of 28° C.
The wine is then matured for some months in French oak casks, which enrich it with delicious spicy hints of cinnamon and vanilla.
