The grapes for this Bordeaux blend come from our vineyards at Gai.  The grapes are left to dry out on the plant for a few days, then picked and placed in tanks for maceration, followed by maturation in casks.
The wine is red with garnet highlights, the bouquet recalls red jam (blueberries, mulberries and marasca cherries).  A period in wood adds softness and a fine hint of Oriental spices.
