On the nose, it is intense, refined, and complex, with typical varietal aromas of fruit, featuring notes of apple and pear, along with harmonious mineral and floral hints of white flowers such as wisteria and cornflower. The taste is dry, fairly smooth, and its pronounced minerality gives it body. The balance is completed by the right level of freshness.
